The company wishes to maximize its success as a franchisor, so it is discounting the purchase price to make it easier for the buyer to conserve cash. After the sale, the company expects to provide full training and support, standing by the buyer to do everything possible to meet the buyer’s business needs. 

The Woodburn store is completely equipped and up to date. It offers the full Nancy Jo’s menu, including its range of burgers voted People’s Choice, Gold Medal, Best of the Mid-Valley Burger for five years.
