We Also Framed Out An Office With A Service Window. This Building is Not Condemned, but Needs To Be Completed. The Back Sliding Door Is Nailed Closed. I Have a Roll Up Garage Door To Install, But I Never Got Around To It. The New front Window That Was Installed Facing Garfield Ave. Could Also Be Easily Removed and a Standard Garage Door Could Be Installed There As Well, Providing 2 Roll up Doors.
